As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you are a full-time operator & builder. You own projects with a strong execution component while still shaping how we do things. The following tracks are designed for Bachelor Graduates with a 70% execution and 30% project work focus:
Tracks Sales & Business Development · Project Development · Marketing & Communications · People & HR
Sales & Business Development
Execution (~70%)
- Run daily/weekly outreach cadences (calls, mails, follow-ups) for defined regions/segments
- Actively manage pipeline stages and keep CRM data clean and current
- Prepare and deliver sales materials for meetings and negotiations
- Coordinate internally to ensure next steps from meetings are executed
Project Work (~30%)
- Design and iterate the sales engine (segments, cadences, scripts, touchpoints)
- Set up pipeline & performance dashboards and refine KPIs over time
- Help define prioritisation logic across leads and regions
- Contribute to designing partner models and collaboration structures
Project Development
Execution (~70%)
- Co-own selected Agri-PV projects operationally: coordination, deadlines, communication
- Run recurring check-ins with stakeholders (planners, consultants, landowners)
- Prepare and submit concrete documents to municipalities and grid operators
- Organise and support meetings/workshops with local stakeholders
Project Work (~30%)
- Structure project roadmaps and milestone plans for your projects
- Support identification of bottlenecks across the project pipeline and propose fixes
- Help standardise project management tools, trackers and templates
- Summarise regional regulatory learnings and feed them back into our product/strategy
Marketing & Communications
Execution (~70%)
- Execute campaigns end-to-end: content creation, scheduling, posting, follow-ups
- Operate recurring formats (webinars, events, info sessions) including logistics
- Manage content repositories and keep assets organised & up to date
- Track marketing KPIs in dashboards and update them regularly
Project Work (~30%)
- Design new communication formats (e.g. landowner formats, municipality kits)
- Help refine positioning for specific audiences (farmers, councils, partners)
- Contribute to building a repeatable webinar/event playbook
- Support linking marketing and sales needs in planning and messaging
People & HR
Execution (~70%)
- Take operational responsibility for recruiting in selected roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, follow-ups)
- Operate onboarding routines (first-week plans, check-ins, equipment & tool setup)
- Maintain HR-docs, candidate pipelines and role overviews in our tools
- Organise internal events (team days, offsites, formats) end-to-end
Project Work (~30%)
- Help design interview frameworks, scorecards and simple performance rituals
- Support shaping our People & Culture roadmap and priorities with the founders
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and content concepts
- Assist in refining role/structure definitions as the team grows
