Chief of Staff

As Chief of Staff you will work directly with our Founders and Founders Associate. From day one, you will be a full member of the team, taking ownership, driving initiatives forward, and having a tangible impact. You are a key contributor to our strategy, priorities and performance; you identify, plan and execute key strategic projects (internal & external), and you support day-to-day business operations. Specifically, you will source new projects, support their execution, and contribute to Business Development, Sales, and Project Management.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic initiatives by aligning cross-functional teams, ensuring that business priorities and project milestones are executed on time.
• Act as a sparring partner to the founders, preparing decision-making materials and financial models
• Coordinate with external stakeholders (landowners, municipalities, banks, and partners) to accelerate project development and remove operational bottlenecks.
• Lead internal operations by streamlining processes, tracking KPIs, and setting up scalable structures for growth.
• Support talent and culture development by recruiting top candidates, enabling the team, and fostering a performance-driven, mission-oriented environment.

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, e.g. strategy consulting or fast-growing startups.
• You are highly motivated about renewable energy and eager to deepen your expertise.
• Proven track record of independently identifying, initiating, and managing strategic projects and initiatives.
• Strong ability to design and implement long-term strategies and visions with minimal guidance.
• Sharp business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, combined with an analytical, data-driven approach to solving complex challenges.
• High energy, strong work ethic, and a hands-on, results-oriented mentality.
• You are fluent in German (English is a plus).
