Business Development Intern (f/m/d)
You will spend ~90% of your time on Sales & Business Development execution and ~10% on a focused side track (Project Development, Marketing & Communications, or People & HR).
First 4 weeks: full immersion in Sales — high volume, hands-on, steep learning curve.
After week 4: you will take on additional ownership in a side project (10%), while continuing to operate at a high level in Sales.
We operate with speed, clarity, and high expectations — we strive for excellence.
Sales & Business Development (≈90%)

- Prepare and support sales conversations, pitches, and partner discussions
- Join calls, capture insights, and ensure rigorous follow-up
- Continuously test and improve messaging, scripts, and targeting
- Work directly with experienced operators and receive fast, direct feedback
This role is output-driven. You will learn fast because you will do a lot.
